Nature Walks - Individuals Guided nature walks gently assist with re-connecting with our inner nature and natural environment to provide therapeutic benefits. Deb uses Eco-psychology 'Natural Systems Thinking' model to gently guide individuals to access the natural energy and wisdom which gives feelings of relaxation, creativity and inspiration.
Individual session: 60-90 mins Connecting with Nature - Group or individual ProgramsSessions and activities are based on the intent of the individual or group. We follow The Natural Systems Thinking Process Horticulture activities and other aspects of working with Natures energy to guide us towards achieving our goals.
Sessions vary: 60-180 mins Art with Nature WorkshopsWorkshops producing artwork after connecting with nature using NSTP offer a creative outlet with insights.

Workshops, activities and guided walks gently guide to reconnect people with nature and their inner nature to provide a greater sense of health, balance, restoration, harmony, peace, happiness and clarity. Utilizing nature for therapeutic benefits is centuries old and in one form or another encompasses most cultures and religions. It is common now in many countries to see Horticulture Therapy, Ecopsychology and a variety of Energy Work which is based on Nature's therapeutic properties.

Connecting with Nature in Singapore...
There are many ways to reconnect with nature in Singapore and enjoy the natural benefits of this beautiful country even if you live in a highrise condo or HDB and have manicured gardens.
You can access nature and its therapeutic benefits in many locations or simply sitting with a potted plant.
Some outdoor ideas: Take a stroll in the Botanical Gardens and enjoy the stunning orchids. Wonder at the marvellous Gardens By The Bay. Cycle around Palau Ubin. Hike MacRitchie, Bukit Timah and Bukit Batok and revel in the majestic trees, lush greenness and watch for cheeky monkeys (Beware not to take plastic bags with food) Sungei Buloh Wetlands is also a great place to see fascinating mangroves, mud-skippers and monitor lizards.
